Our Pricing
Payment of Fees:
Fees are payable in advance, on the last working day of each month. We accept payments from
the HMRC tax-free childcare scheme, by bank transfer, childcare voucher schemes, card and
cash.
Extra sessions are bookable with manager and are dependent on availability. Extra sessions are
payable at the time of booking and will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
If your fees are not paid on time, a late fee of £1 per day will be added to your fees up to the date
the payment is made. Persistent lateness of fees may result with your child’s place being
terminated without notice.
Please ensure you allow enough time for tax-free childcare and work-based vouchers
to be processed as these can take up to 5 working days to reach our account.
If you are late picking up your child there will be a charge of £5.00 per 5 minutes of
lateness.
Fees are payable 51 weeks of the year with a Christmas shut-down period, dates will be
confirmed each year.
If you wish to change your sessions, please speak with a manger as this will be dependent
on availability.
Holidays:
We will be closed over the Christmas period, dates to be confirmed each year dependent
on the days Christmas falls. Any sessions you regularly take that are affected by this closure will
not be charged.
We will be closed for all bank holidays.
Please advise us of any personal holiday absences for our records, however fees will still be
charged at the full rate to keep your child’s space open.
Allergies and intolerances.
All allergies, intolerances, preferences and coeliac disease will be catered for across all meals,
snacks and activities at no extra charge. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements your
child has when you enrol them or as soon as anything changes, for example, upon a new
diagnosis.
